*You will move through the course in phases Beginning in Module 4 - Phase 1

BONUS RESOURCE **EXERCISE TRACKERS and Reward Charts**

Course Progression:

I recommend that you keep 8-10 tasks or lessons in your homework sessions each week. As your child masters one task, you will add the next one to the list - towards the end of each phase you may only have 4 items. This is when you can begin to add Phase 2 work to your list.

A reflex or exercise is fully integrated when you can observe no reaction to the brush strokes 5/5 days in a row.  OR they can perform the movement 5/5 days with excellent form, rhythm, and timing.

Developmental Cycles:

**HEADS UP** Through all of my years, it has proven to be 95% true that your child will hit a developmental wall at WEEK 5 and in 5-week cycles going forward.  This will look like a total decline in the improvements you have witnessed.  All. of. a. sudden.  LOL.

It could look like, tantrums, crying, whining, outbursts, defiance, sleeping more, sleeping less, anxiety... all the things... but do not worry!  After this week has passed you will have all the progress back and more!!  The brain is doing a reset during this time and will take those skills upward to the next level in the direction you are wanting.

Give extra grace during this time and you can even take a few days off exercises for rest and recovery during this time frame.  The body is getting stronger and more efficient in all its processes.  As a friend,  you have been warned...lol.  But it won't last forever, promise

Hemispheric Weakness:

***You will see within each exercise instructions to address the hemispheric weakness you have been assessed for.

There are 3 possibilities

  • R brain weakness
  • L brain weakness
  • Global Delay
  • Follow the instructions for the Hemispheric Weakness you were given in your assessment results email.
