Superman Thumb Tracking

This exercise is a continuation of the Tonic Labyrinthine Reflex (TLR)
Technique:
- Laying on the stomach (prone) your child will lift up into Superman position and hold while following the thumb to each side. Eye tracking should occur without movement of the head and all 5 cycles should be completed without a rest break.
Frequency:
- 1-2 x daily
Undesired observations: Exercise is not complete until the below observations or gone:
- The thumb and arm do not move straight out to the side.
- Holding breath while performing an exercise.
- Unable to track thumb with eyes to the peripheral vision
- Unable to move eyes without moving the head
- Exercise is performed in an uncoordinated manner.
- Unable to maintain upper body off the ground without rest breaks
