Light- Sound Activation and Use Demo
Head turns Before

This Lesson is to demonstrate how to test using Light and Sound.
1st Video - Active Reflex with bending elbows
2nd Video - Light and Sound activation
3rd Video - Diminished Reflex response with less bending of elbows
This technique can be used with any active reflex to test and see how you are impacting and seeing the diminishing response of the reflex activation.
The activation should be used before each session but the the before and after testing is not necessary after each reflex exercise.
Technique: Hold the light and make the sound on the eye and ear OPPOSITE of your hemisphere (brain) weakness.
