Technique: while holding the tucked position, tilt the head forward and hold for a 5-second count and then tilt the head back or chin up without touching the floor for a count of 5. Up and Down is 1 cycle.
Frequency:
- 1-2 x daily
- 5-6 cycles
Undesired reactions:
- Holding breath.
- Unable to attain meatball position
- Unable to maintain meatball position as head moves
- Unable to hold center of gravity with head movements
