Meatball

Techniquewhile holding the tucked position, tilt the head forward and hold for a 5-second count and then tilt the head back or chin up without touching the floor for a count of 5.  Up and Down is 1 cycle.

Frequency:

  • 1-2 x daily
  • 5-6 cycles

Undesired reactions:

  • Holding breath.
  • Unable to attain meatball position
  • Unable to maintain meatball position as head moves
  • Unable to hold center of gravity with head movements
