Smell-Based Brain Activation

Equipment: Essential Oils
(I prefer Young Living Oils and I have a seller's account where you can get 10% OFF with code SHAREYL - but please feel free to buy them anywhere you would like.)
How to achieve maximum benefit of Smell Activation
- Use in conjunction with one or more other brain activations (sound, light, color)
- Use before focused attention is needed for an activity
- Use to assist in calming anxiety - great before bed or after a full day at school or overstimulation
- Use before exercise sessions for maximum brain activation and balancing.
Frequency:
- As desired
- Place oil on the SAME SIDE of hemisphere weakness - it can be placed on the nostril directly, or on the collarbone or collar of the shirt on the same side
R Hemisphere weakness = Right side using PEPPERMINT, FRANKINCENSE, LEMON
L Hemisphere weakness = Left side using LAVENDER, STRAWBERRY, APPLE, ORANGE
**SMELL IS UNIQUE AND WE WILL SEE A DIMINISHED ABILITY TO SMELL IN THE SAME SIDE NOSTRIL AS HEMISPHERE WEAKNESS**
We will use the smell that is assigned above to the nostril/shirt - YOUR CHILD DOES NOT GET TO CHOOSE/VOTE on THIS ONE =-)
