Technique: ( Roly Poly) rolling forward and back with chin tucked to the chest without loss of balance to the right or left side, maintaining a center of gravity.
Frequency:
- 1-2 x daily
- 20 repetitions working up to 30 max
Undesired reactions:
- Unable to pull the head off the floor
- Head lag from laying position to head flexion
- Not able to engage the legs to assist in pulling up into a seated position
- Holding breath
- Unable to coordinate head arm and movements
- Unable to maintain a center of gravity/falling over
